Thank you for supporting Fancy Top Candle Co.  Please review the following shipping terms and conditions.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days.  Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.  Please allow 2-7 days for shipping.  It will communicated to you via email if for some reason there is a significant delay in shipping.  

Fancy Top Candle Co. only ships to the U.S.

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

Each order will receive a tracking number with a confirmation email when your order has been shipped.  Most tracking numbers are active after 24 hours after the order has shipped.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Fancy Top Candle Co. is not responsible for any taxes, customs  or duties that is owed.  All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the costumer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Please know that we take great care to package your order so that it arrives as it left the shop.  Please email fancytopcandleco@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged candle and will send a replacement as soon as possible.
