Please Note: Once a candle order has been placed and paid for, it can take up to 3-5 business days to be created and an additional 2-7 business days for shipping time.  Please email fancytopcandleco@gmail.com for a status update regarding your order.

 

Returns

We so not accept returns.  If there is an issue with your product, please contact us within 7 business days upon receiving your item at fancytopcandleco2gmail.com.  There could be certain situations where partial refunds are granted (if applicable).  Any item damaged or missing for reasons due to our error.

 

Refunds

If a refund is approved, you will be refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your backing institution as some have longer processing times.  If you still are having issues with your refund, please contact us at fancytopcandleco@gmail.com.

 

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges.  We will only replace items that are defective or damaged.
